M3 / M4 / M5 Corridor ideally (flexible on location)

£70 - 90k basic + commission + bonus

Who are you?

• +7 years sales experience
• The knowledge and experience working in a fast moving industry.
• Proven team leadership experience is essential.
• Possess a strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Expert in HubSpot CRM and possess strong numerical skills
• Entrepreneurial with a 'business owner' mindset

What are you going to do?

• Coach, train, support and develop a high performing 360 sales team
• Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls and visits.
• Track key performance indicators, mentor your team, and develop accurate forecasts.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities
• Build and maintain client confidence
