We’re on the hunt for a Regional Business Leader to take ownership of the Southern territory and lead a strategic, cultural, and operational transformation. This is a foundational, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives on challenge, change, and building best-in-class sales teams.


What You’ll Be Doing


Lead a Strategic Transformation

  • Manage and motivate a regional team (5 direct reports, with growth potential).
  • Implement new KPIs, formal sales processes, and structured business planning frameworks.
  • Modernise the sales function and elevate performance to industry-leading standards.


Matrix Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the central hub between Sales, Clinical, and Transformation teams.
  • Break down silos and create cohesive, customer-focused strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions, ensuring complex insights translate into actionable results.


Drive Performance & Culture

  • Be accountable for regional sales targets and overall team performance.
  • Integrate new talent with experienced team members to foster a high-performance, accountable, and motivated culture.
  • Provide strategic input using data and operational metrics to guide decision-making.


Who We’re Looking For


  • Medical Device Expertise: Proven leadership experience in medical device sales; experience in Urology or DAC markets is a distinct advantage.
  • The Facilitator: Exceptional listening, coaching, and cross-functional communication skills. Able to translate complex information into clear strategies.
  • The Change Agent: Strategic thinker, resilient, and solutions-focused. Thrives in ambiguity and evolving environments.
  • Process-Driven: Experienced in formal sales frameworks and multi-faceted business planning.
