Business Development Manager – Midlands (On-Site)

We’re on the lookout for a confident, commercially savvy Business Development Manager with a strong background in mortgage services, especially within the new build sector.

Location: Midlands Type: Full-Time, On-Site

This role is perfect for someone who’s worked as a BDM or Account Manager for a new build mortgage firm (not a broker!) and is ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be visiting 4–5 new homes or appointments per week, managing client relationships, resolving issues, and driving growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Delivering presentations and negotiating contracts
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals
• Ensuring top-tier client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development or account management
• Strong understanding of the mortgage and financial services industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bubbly, confident personality with a proactive mindset
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience in housing/new build sector is a big plus!
