About the venture

I’m working on a new SaaS platform in the investment/finance space. The market is large, underserved, and ripe for disruption. The product is already scoped at MVP stage with clear validation from potential users, and there’s a strong route to funding once we launch.

This is an equity-only co-founder role until funding is secured. The expectation is a meaningful equity stake (10–25% depending on fit) and the opportunity to step into a CTO-level position as the company grows.

The role

You’ll take full ownership of the product build: from MVP to scalable SaaS platform. Expect to:

• Build core dashboards and update automation tools
• Develop APIs and integrations for founder–investor workflows
• Shape product architecture and technical roadmap
• Be a true co-founder: involved in strategy, vision, and execution

What I’m looking for

• Full-stack engineer (React/Next.js + Node.js/Python preferred)
• Strong experience building and shipping MVPs or SaaS products
• Startup mindset: pragmatic, fast, and resourceful
• Are execution focused - we are at the point where we need to build
• Interest in fintech / venture capital tools a plus
• UK Based applicants only
