As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective merchandising and upselling techniques. This position requires strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
• Handle transactions accurately, ensuring basic math skills are utilised for cash handling.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
