Business Development Associate – InsurTech | London (Hybrid)
We’re partnered with a high-growth InsurTech backed by a major European institution. Their platform helps insurers and reinsurers model and manage risks from floods, wildfires, tropical cyclones, and other climate-related events.
They’re looking for a Business Development Associate to expand into the Lloyd’s market and international MGAs (US, Canada, Europe, Australia). You’ll use your insurance market knowledge and network to win new clients, build partnerships, and help shape market strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Develop new sales leads & partnerships in (re)insurance
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge catastrophe modelling software
- Collaborate with execs & technical teams to refine go-to-market strategy
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in Lloyd’s/London Market, B2B insurance software sales, or management consultancy
- Strong industry network & commercial drive
- Hands-on, proactive approach
