The Role

 

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Head of Retail to lead our retail team and shape the next stage of our journey. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the board and sitting on our senior management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of our retail operations across our flagship store.

• Driving sales performance while ensuring the highest standards of customer experience, retail theatre and, equally as important, housekeeping.

• Leading, motivating, and developing our retail teams – with a particular focus on training and skills development.

• Bringing creativity and innovation to the retail experience, ensuring we remain a destination of choice for customers from across the UK and beyond.

• Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless, world-class retail environment.

About You

 

We are looking for a leader who:

• Has extensive experience in senior retail management and ideally clothing retail.

• Is passionate about retail and the customer journey.

• Thrives on developing people and teams, with a proven track record of coaching and training staff.

• Brings creativity and fresh ideas to enhance the in-store experience.

• Can balance commercial acumen with a strong focus on customer service excellence.

• Is motivated, adaptable, and ready to take a successful, established business to new heights.
