Our client, a respected non-profit organisation in North London, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing People team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working strategically and collaboratively, supporting managers to deliver exceptional outcomes for staff and service users alike.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insight, challenge, and practical solutions that strengthen engagement, performance, and organisational culture.


As an HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Partner with leadership teams to deliver people-focused strategies that support organisational goals.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, employment law, and HR best practice.
  • Lead on key projects to improve staff engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
  • Work with managers to identify learning needs and create a culture of continuous development.
  • Support equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
  • Contribute to improving HR policies, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.

What we’re looking for:

  • CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent practical HR experience.
  • A strong track record in employee relations, including managing complex cases.
  • Experience working in partnership with senior managers to deliver change and improvement.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge constructively and suggest solutions.
