Role: Social Worker (Childrens) – Permanence Team

Location: Merseyside

Rate: £40 per hour

Hours: 36 per week

Pertemps Social Care are working closely with out client to find a passionate and experienced Social Worker (Childrens) to join their Permanence Team in the Merseyside area, supporting long-term stability and brighter futures for children in care.

Social Worker Childrens Responsibilties:

• Deliver strength-based assessments and child-centred care plans
• Work directly with families to improve outcomes
• Lead safeguarding interventions and represent the council in court
• Collaborate across agencies

What You’ll Need as the Social Worker (Childrens):

• Social Work England registration
• Degree in Social Work
• Experience in children’s services (permanence/looked-after preferred)
• Enhanced DBS clearance
