Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for bespoke healthcare applications within the NHS environment.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve integration and technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of clinical workflows and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions for clients, focusing on healthcare integration challenges.
  • Leverage knowledge of clinical workflows to resolve complex issues and ensure the seamless integration of applications.
  • Assist in the implementation and support of integration standards such as HL7, FHIR, and other relevant protocols.
  • Document support activities and solutions to maintain knowledge-sharing across the team.


Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting NHS customers or working with NHS-specific systems and clinical workflows.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical solutions for healthcare applications.
  • A solid understanding of clinical workflows within healthcare systems and the ability to navigate integration challenges.
  • Familiarity with integration standards like HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare integration protocols.
  • Experience with bespoke healthcare applications and managing complex integrations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
