Structured Finance & Securitisation – Associate (NQ–3 PQE) | London

An elite US law firm is seeking an Associate (NQ–3 PQE) to join its growing Structured Finance and Securitisation practice in London.

The team advises on some of the most sophisticated financings in the market, acting for leading global sponsors, alternative asset managers and investment funds on transactions spanning structured credit, fund finance, securitisation, and private credit.

This opportunity would suit a lawyer from a derivatives, structured finance, DCM, or funds finance background who is interested in deepening their expertise in securitisation and working on complex, cross-border deals alongside market-leading partners.
