In a nutshell

  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content across multiple formats, including branded content, social media, behind-the-scenes, VT packages, and sometimes longer-form features.

  • Collaborate with creatives, editors, producers, and designers to bring concepts to life.
  • Develop narrative-led content with strong storytelling and a clear brand voice.
  • Confidently work on location, including shoots with high-profile sports and entertainment talent.
  • Contribute to pre-production and shoot logistics, including permits, scheduling, kit prep, and location planning.
  • Keep up-to-date with content trends, formats, and tools to continually elevate output.
  • Follow internal file management and project workflows to ensure a streamlined post-production process.

What about you?

  • 3+ years of experience in a videographer or content creator role, ideally in sport or entertainment.
  • Strong camera operation skills, ideally with experience using a range of cameras but primarily a Sony platform.
  • Strong editorial eye. Ability to identify and articulate a variety of storylines across a range of topics.
  • Confident working with lighting setups and assisting with location sound.
  • Proven ability to work solo and in team settings, often on fast turnarounds.
  • Skilled in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve a plus).
  • Comfortable interviewing talent and directing action on set.
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A people-first approach, with great interpersonal skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours where shoots demand.
