Job description

We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a provider of electric vehicle charging points, who is looking for a 4-6 PQE Real Estate Lawyer to support their team for 6 months!

Key purpose of the role:

Working within the team as a Real Estate Lawyer, you will work closely with their General Counsel and will provide broad transactional support. You can expect to work on the negotiation side of leases, and there is also the opportunity to work on construction contracts.

Key details:

• Start Date: October 20th
• Location: Hybrid, 2 or 3 days in their London office each week
• Pay: Day rate - If successful, you will be asked to submit your expected gross daily rate
• Work pattern: 5 days a week
• Duration: 6 months
• Equipment: Will be provided by the client

Ideal candidate:

• Min 4 PQE experience in UK Real Estate transactions
• Ideally, a mix of private practice and in-house experience
• Experienced in conducting negotiations
