Our client, a multinational leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain professional, to take full ownership of the graphic supply chain process across all packaging. This pivotal role supports a portfolio of well-known consumer brands across Europe, Australia, and North Asia.

In this role, you will lead a small, dedicated team, responsible for managing the end-to-end graphic packaging lifecycle. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring packaging meets regional design compliance standards, achieves print quality excellence, and is both fit for purpose and cost effective. Acting as a strategic partner to both internally and with external marketing agencies, you will drive high standards in supplier performance, design-to-print execution, and speed to market.

Success in this position requires a background operating at a senior level in a similar role and a strong understanding of FMCG supply chains, particularly within graphic supply chain management. Your leadership will be key to fostering effective cross-functional collaboration, while your expertise will support the delivery of consistent, high-quality outcomes across a complex, multi-region operation.

With a continuous improvement mindset, you’ll streamline processes, reduce complexity, and enhance operational efficiency. As the subject matter expert for print quality assurance, you’ll be the go-to advisor for all design-to-print projects across the business.
