UI Designer - Production Designer – Design Systems (App visuals)

Hybrid – London (3 days onsite 2 days work from home)

ASAP start | Till May 31st 2026 | 40 hours per week

In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of the app’s UI Foundations, managing Figma libraries, refining visual systems, and ensuring pixel-perfect design delivery across iOS, Android, and Web.

This is not a product design role — it’s a production-focused, systems-level position for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and design craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain large Figma component libraries and design system assets.
• Partner with product designers and engineers to streamline design-to-dev handoff.
• Conduct design audits to ensure quality and consistency across mobile platforms.
• Support visual design work including icons, motion, and illustrations.
• Explore ways to improve team efficiency through automation and AI-driven design tools.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in design systems.
• Strong visual design background with a keen eye for detail and structure.
• Hands-on experience designing for iOS and Android apps.
• Deep expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Tokens, Libraries).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, basic HTML/CSS, and file management tools.
• Experience in large-scale tech or digital environments is a plus.
