Gas Compliance Officer in Bridgend

We are proud to be partnering with an established, South Wales based Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a Compliance Coordinator on a minimum of a three month contract, with a chance to extended.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working), paying up to £30 per hour via an Umbrella Company (Dependent on experience).

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating compliance programmes, in particular relating to Gas safety and maintenance.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation
• Acting as the appointed and competent person for technical disciplines within your portfolio
• Supporting the development and implementation of compliance management plans
• Managing works arising from compliance activity and specialist contracted repairs
• Procuring and monitoring specialist compliance contractors, ensuring high performance, and maintaining accurate compliance records and data
• Monitoring compliance performance and reporting KPI information
• Managing budgets to meet targets, provide forecasts, and identify efficiencies

Experience and Skills required:

• Strong IT skills
• Experience managing and coordinating programmes of work, ideally relating to compliance
