Boutique Assistant – Luxury Maison


Central London (NBS & OBS) | 3-Month Fixed-Term (Potential to Extend)

We are seeking a refined and client-oriented Boutique Assistant to join an esteemed luxury Maison in Central London. As an ambassador of the boutique, you will embody excellence, discretion, and warmth, ensuring each client experience reflects the highest standards of service.


Job Mission

In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional welcome and seamless flow throughout their visit. You will support the Sales Team in delivering an elevated client journey and contribute to the refinement of daily boutique operations.


Key Responsibilities


Client Experience & Flow Management

  • Deliver a warm, graceful, and professional welcome to every client.
  • Ensure each client enjoys a seamless and attentive journey, managing waiting times with care.
  • Share boutique knowledge and brand storytelling with sincerity and confidence.
  • Guide clients to the appropriate advisors and ensure continuous client care.


Sales Support

  • Assist Sales Associates during client appointments, ensuring a smooth and luxurious experience.
  • Prepare and return pieces as requested, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Manage gift wrapping and presentation areas with precision.
  • Offer support with fragrance or object recommendations, when appropriate.
  • Accompany clients upon departure, ensuring a lasting, positive impression.


Boutique Operations & Stockroom Support

  • Manage and replenish boutique supplies, ensuring optimal readiness for daily operations.
  • Organise and maintain non-value stockroom areas to the highest standards.
  • Receive and process deliveries efficiently and accurately.


Environment & Presentation

  • Uphold the boutique’s impeccable presentation at all times.
  • Monitor music, scent, and atmosphere to ensure a refined environment.
  • Support visual merchandising implementation and boutique readiness.


Daily Procedures

  • Adhere to all company and boutique policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventories and labelling activities.
  • Contribute to boutique opening and closing operations.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and a genuine team player.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and presentation.
  • Flexible and fully available for the duration of the contract.
