A leading US law firm with a rapidly growing London office is seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded NQ associate to join its elite Leveraged Finance team. This is an opportunity to launch your post-qualification career within a market-leading practice known for its involvement in high-profile, cross-border transactions and close collaboration with prestigious private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers.

About the Team

The London leveraged finance group operates at the heart of complex, high-value deals across the European and global markets. You will work directly with partners who are recognised leaders in the field and have extensive experience advising on both sponsor and lender-side transactions. The team regularly handles acquisition financings, recapitalisations, restructurings, and syndicated loan arrangements, often with a transatlantic or multijurisdictional dimension.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates on track to qualify in March 2026 in England & Wales
• Completion of at least one finance or leveraged finance seat during your training contract (preferably in a leading City, US, or international firm)
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier university
• A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented approach with strong commercial acumen
• Commitment to developing deep technical expertise in complex financing transactions
