Location: Shoreditch, London (On-site)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£60,000–£70,000+ OTE)

The Role

As an Agency Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of client relationships – managing accounts, growing spend, and driving new business across specialist sectors.

You’ll be:

• Managing and growing accounts with existing clients & inbound enquiries
• Generating new leads in specific sectors
• Canvassing prospects via phone, email & LinkedIn
• Selling multi-channel agency solutions across print, digital, OOH & broadcast
• Keeping CRM records accurate and detailed
• Exceeding KPIs across sales profit, call time, lead generation & cross-selling
• Working closely with production, admin, marketing & finance teams
• Staying on top of industry trends and innovations

The Package

• Base Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
• Commission: £25,000+ (Uncapped)
• Total OTE: £60,000 – £70,000+
