Location: Shoreditch, London (On-site)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission (£60,000–£70,000+ OTE)

The Role

As a Media Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients – managing accounts, nurturing relationships, and driving growth. You’ll also play a vital role in generating new leads and developing business across specific themes and sectors.

You’ll be:

• Managing accounts & growing spend with historic clients and inbound enquiries
• Generating new leads in specialist sectors
• Canvassing prospects via phone, email & LinkedIn
• Selling trusted advertising & content marketing solutions
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Exceeding KPIs in sales, call time, cross-selling & lead generation
• Liaising with internal teams to deliver seamless campaigns
• Staying ahead of press & digital media trends

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

✨ Deep knowledge of press, digital, OOH and/or broadcast media

✨ Understanding of sales, marketing & advertising

The Package

• Base Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
• Commission: £25,000+ (Uncapped)
• Total OTE: £60,000 – £70,000+
