WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING //

• Developing and executing a global procurement strategy and related policies.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing procurement team.
• Analysing spending patterns to identify opportunities for structural cost reductions.
• Building and managing supplier relationships and ensuring performance standards.
• Advising senior leaders on procurement matters to influence decision making.
• Overseeing procurement processes, compliance, and risk management.
• Monitoring market trends to provide insight and strategic recommendations.

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED //

• Proven experience leading procurement in a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver tangible cost efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Professional procurement qualifications (e.g., CIPS) desirable.
• Confident leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
