NQ Solicitor Opportunities

March 2026 (and early interest for September 2026)

Several of my clients have already identified a resource need for trainees qualifying in February or March 2026 and are seeking to appoint across multiple practice areas at NQ Associate level. They are also considering candidates who will qualify next August or September.

Elite firms will do this in order to secure the best talent at early stage, and are meeting trainees well before they begin their final seats. So, despite many firms not yet starting their internal retention processes, the lateral market is well underway.

We partner with a diverse range of leading law firms. At present, US firms are the most active for March 2026 NQ hiring, and we expect this to broaden in the coming weeks. Each year we support our clients in hiring NQs across a wide range of practice areas, including:
