  • The Role

    As Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in managing and resolving construction disputes, advising on governance and risk, and supporting strategic claims management across the UK and globally.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise on contentious matters and dispute resolution strategies
    • Manage claims and liaise with insurers
    • Support senior leadership with reporting and risk mitigation
    • Deliver training and collaborate across business functions
    • Help shape systems and processes to enhance legal efficiency


    What You’ll Bring:


    • UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE
    • Strong expertise in construction law disputes
    • Experience in insurance matters is a plus
    • Commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills
    • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
