The Role
As Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in managing and resolving construction disputes, advising on governance and risk, and supporting strategic claims management across the UK and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on contentious matters and dispute resolution strategies
- Manage claims and liaise with insurers
- Support senior leadership with reporting and risk mitigation
- Deliver training and collaborate across business functions
- Help shape systems and processes to enhance legal efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE
- Strong expertise in construction law disputes
- Experience in insurance matters is a plus
- Commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
