We’re proud to partner with a leading global insurance organisation, renowned for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence. As part of continued growth, our client is seeking to appoint a talented Sourcing Manager – HR Procurement to join their dynamic Procurement team.

Role Overview:

As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives across the HR category, including Talent Acquisition, Contingent Labour, Learning & Development, Benefits, and Pensions. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimise value, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with global procurement strategies.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be delivering cost optimisation, risk management, and supplier innovation across the category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment with corporate plan
  • Develop and execute category strategies in collaboration with Stakeholders
  • Build strong, value-driven relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Drive supplier innovation through tendering and contracting practices
  • Deliver cost optimisation and other value-add benefits across the supply chain
  • Ensure compliance with Sourcing Policy and Governance Standards
  • Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity and compliance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within the HR or Professional Services Category
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with modern sourcing systems and data analysis
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
