Interim Digital Learning Partner- Hybrid- c£50k

Contract: Interim – 3 to 6 months


We’re looking for an experienced Interim Digital Learning Partner to join our team and lead a full review and refresh of our digital learning environment. This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who can quickly assess, diagnose, and enhance our existing learning systems and frameworks, ensuring they are robust, compliant, and fit for future growth.


The Role

As our Interim Digital Learning Partner, you will:

  • Conduct a full analysis of our current learning systems, content, and frameworks.
  • Assess learning technologies, processes, and compliance training effectiveness within a highly regulated environment.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Simplify and streamline our digital learning infrastructure so it’s ready to scale and evolve.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across HR, Compliance, and Operations to ensure learning aligns with regulatory requirements.
  • Recommend and implement fit-for-purpose solutions, processes, and governance models.
  • Create a clear roadmap for future learning development and digital capability building.


About You

You’ll be an experienced digital learning professional who combines a strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver results quickly. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in digital learning transformation, ideally in a regulated industry (e.g. Financial services, healthcare, or online commerce).
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), digital content platforms, and learning frameworks.
  • Understanding of compliance training requirements and the ability to build governance around mandatory learning.
  • Analytical and structured approach – able to assess current state, define improvements, and execute practical solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, online, or tech-driven businesses preferred.
