Role: Property Lawyer (Residential Real Estate)

Location: Remote or London-based

Contract: 3–6 months (potential for extension or permanent opportunity)

Experience Level: 2+ years PQE


About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to support the acquisition and management of high-end residential properties that form part of large-scale fundraising prize draws. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, overseeing all aspects of property purchase, planning, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the purchase of high-value residential properties, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Advise on planning, approvals, and compliance matters related to property acquisition and conversion for prize draw purposes.
  • Liaise with internal teams, developers, surveyors, and local authorities to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate property-related contracts and documentation.
  • Provide practical legal advice to support commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Maintain clear records and manage timelines for multiple concurrent transactions.


About You

  • Qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE in residential property law (England & Wales).
  • Strong background in high-end or complex residential transactions.
  • Solid understanding of planning, approvals, and conveyancing processes.
  • Able to manage multiple deals with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Confident working independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience in private practice or in-house environments welcomed.
