VP, Product Management – Environmental Performance (EP)

We’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Product Management to lead strategy and execution for a growing Environmental Performance (EP) software portfolio. In this role, you’ll shape product vision, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that support sustainability, safety, and sustainability initiatives worldwide.

What you’ll do:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to bring new products to market
• Guide product lifecycle management, from launch to optimization
• Leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
• Act as a visible product evangelist internally and externally

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in Product Management, Strategy, or Consulting (with leadership experience)
• Background in Environmental, Health & Safety, or sustainability software strongly preferred
• Strong track record in strategic planning, product development, or go-to-market execution
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
