A leading US law firm with a strong international presence is looking to hire a talented associate into its London-based Investment Funds team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-calibre, close-knit team handling sophisticated, cross-border fund formation work for GP and LP clients.

The Opportunity:

You’ll work on complex fundraisings for private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate funds, advising top-tier sponsors on fund structuring, formation, and regulatory matters. The role offers exposure to both UK and international matters, and a chance to work closely with high-profile partners recognised in the market for their expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience from a top-tier law firm, with a focus on investment funds
• Strong experience advising fund managers on private fund formation and related matters
• Excellent technical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and interest in building long-term client relationships
• UK qualification preferred, though international candidates with relevant experience will be considered
