Buyer – (Hybrid Working)

A leading engineering and infrastructure services business is seeking a Buyer to join their growing procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project-based procurement experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a diverse supplier base.

The Role:

You’ll support both existing contracts and new tenders across direct and indirect categories — including sub-contractors, civils, utilities, cabling, and electrical components. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you’ll lead supplier performance reviews, manage end-to-end tender processes, and ensure best value for money across all procurement activity.

About You:

We’re looking for a confident and proactive procurement professional who can build strong relationships and deliver measurable results. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience managing procurement projects of £2m+
• Both direct and indirect procurement experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
