Global Ad Tech Transition Lead – 3-Month FTC

Location: London (3 days on-site)

Salary: £75,000 pro rata

Start date: ASAP

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global media agency for a Global Ad Tech Transition Lead to support a high-profile international transformation project.

This role will play a key part in leading the global ad tech transition, ensuring consistent platform setup and governance across multiple markets while supporting local teams in execution. It’s an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional to shape how global ad tech frameworks are structured and deployed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and governance of programmatic, social, search, and ad serving platforms (CM360, DV360, TTD, Meta, IAS).
• Establish and manage a centralised Master Sheet tracking all local market accounts.
• Guide local markets through onboarding and ensure alignment with the global framework.
• Oversee the setup of offshore Ad Operations, including service desk, training, and workflow documentation.
• Ensure seamless integration across platforms while maintaining global consistency and local flexibility.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical understanding of ad tech, programmatic, and social platform structures.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-market transitions or platform migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering structured solutions under tight timelines.

This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with an ASAP start, offering the opportunity to lead a significant global transition for one of the world’s top media networks.
