The Role

The Cyber Security Leader will be responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation in our client's thriving cyber security division. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the cyber strategy, engaging with senior stakeholders within its client base and across the wider organisation, and supporting the leadership of high-performing teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable ability to engage and influence C-level and boardroom stakeholders
• A leader of people, with strong decision making and communication skills
• Advisory and governance mindset
• Track record of scaling a cyber security function or practice
• Operates currently or previously in a genuine CISO role
• Deep understanding of current and emerging cyber landscape
• Ability to apply experience and knowledge to identify potential commercial opportunities and partnerships.
