Our client, a top 10 global sovereign wealth fund is seeking an experienced Human Capital professional to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its Total Rewards and Organisational Effectiveness initiatives.


The role focuses on implementing compensation and benefits programs, enhancing organisational structures, and contributing to the evolution of human capital strategies and policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy & Process Development: Help design, improve, and implement HR policies and processes
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage and execute compensation programs, salary reviews, and benefits administration
  • Analysis, Reporting & Budgeting: Analyse HR data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Development: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and share knowledge within the team


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) preferred
  • 15 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, specialising in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Organisational Effectiveness
  • Strong knowledge of reward structures, job evaluation, and performance management frameworks
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and interpretation
