Building Surveyor in Greater Bristol Area

THE ROLE

Producing pre-purchase surveys (all surveys ideally within an hour of travel).

5 x Level 2/3 reports to be produced per week.

You will not be expected to produce more reports to the detriment of existing work. We believe in quality over quantity.

Assist with improving company systems, communications and training from time to time.

ABOUT YOU

Experience in producing pre-purchase Home Surveys / Building Surveys.

Membership with RICS or RPSA or be willing to work towards this.

Able to provide a basic DBS prior to first inspection.

Own vehicle and driving license.

Able to provide 3 previous reports for review as part of interview process.

Able to provide an employer's reference.

Able to start in October / November 2025

THE BENEFITS

Work from home when not on surveys.
