Job description

Main contractor based in central London is looking for a Quantity Surveyor, salary in the £65,000 - £85,000 region + car allowance + bonus. This role is immediately available.

The Opportunity:

This established fit out and refurbishment main contractor has a first class reputation and works on some really interesting cut & carve and interiors schemes up to £30m in value. They are looking for someone to join their commercial team and provide input across tenders, pre construction, and construction phases operating both on site and in the office.

The Company:

This contractor works on commercial spaces across London delivering CAT A, CAT B and heavy refurb schemes. The board is highly experienced, very supportive and focused on the right things such as quality rather than quantity, and solid, long term relationships with clients and suppliers. You will be working in a collaborative environment working closely with the technical services director.
