Residential Conveyancer sought for a long-standing high street law firm.


The Opportunity


Spirehouse is working with a well-respected firm located in Greater London (West London), known for its and supportive, down-to-earth culture.


This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team with a long-standing client base, in a firm that truly values its people.


The Role


You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion. Secretarial support will be provided.


Typical matters will include sales and purchases of both registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold, remortgages, buy to let and new build properties.

Requirements

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx (with at least 2 years' solid residential conveyancing experience)
  • Experience dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions: freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, etc.
  • Strong understanding of all regulatory and AML requirements
