Client

A leading top 100 law firm are seeking a Construction Associate to join their Guildford office.

Role

The role will involve advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

You will work on high value and complex disputes and projects for clients in logistics, education and car manufacturing sectors, as well as main contractors and sub-contractors.

On the non-contentious side you will negotiate and draft bespoke contracts and advise on construction related documents such as warranties and bonds.

You

This role would ideally suit a candidate with experience in contentious and non-contentious construction law but we are also keen to hear from candidates who have experience working on primarily contentious or non-contentious matters.
