Job Responsibilities

1. Site and Equipment Management: Responsible for sorting site layout, equipment planning, and relocation projects, monitoring progress and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Process and Capacity Optimization: Design and optimize sorting processes, introduce automated equipment to increase capacity, develop standardized SOPs, and promote implementation.
3. Operations and Emergency Dispatch: Develop operational plans through data analysis to ensure efficiency and accuracy; handle equipment failures and emergencies, and coordinate tripartite collaboration and cross-departmental collaboration.
4. Intelligent Equipment Management and Collaboration: Familiar with automation control systems, PLCs, and other technologies, liaise with technical teams and equipment manufacturers, and support the design of automated processes for the sorting center.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher; 3 or more years of logistics operations or related experience;
2. Proficiency in office software and strong data analysis skills; Fluent in English, proficient in English as a working language;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
