Head of Property in Manchester Area
The City Recruiter is looking for an Head of Property in Manchester Area
Job description
Would you like the opportunity to build your own department?
My client is currently hiring for an experienced Conveyancing or Commercial Property lawyer to join their successful and well respected litigation firm as they build a new arm to the business.
This is a unique opportunity to build from the top down with extensive support and collaboration from the firms owner.
They are looking for an established solicitor that has the drive and market knowledge in Property law to create something great.
The ideal candidate will have a network of contacts or an idea of how to build a client base to get the department off the mark. You would also need to be someone who has excellent staff management skills and a passion for business development and teaching more junior members of staff.
The role is entirely applicant led with it being a new project so the salary and package on offer is up for negotiation. You will be expected to build a client base and work your own files with a view to bringing on further team members as the need arises.
This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for something outside of day to day casework and is the perfect move for someone ambitious enough to want their own property department.
In return, the firm can offer hybrid / remote working, a modern city centre office, a friendly, laid back but professional environment, extensive support from the owner as the work snowballs and excellent progression and development opportunities.
We look forward to your application!
