We’re Hiring: IV Product Specialist – Field Based (UK) South East & South Central

Are you a Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required) with a passion for training, education, and patient safety?

Join GBUK Vascular and make a real difference by supporting clinicians across the NHS and private hospitals to deliver safer, smarter IV therapy.

What You’ll Do

As an IV Product Specialist, you’ll be the clinical expert in your region — delivering hands-on training, product rollouts, and ongoing support to clinicians of all grades. You’ll work closely with Area Business Managers to ensure teams feel confident and competent in using our Vascular Access product range.

Your role will include:

✅ Delivering IV product training and clinical support

✅ Leading Venepuncture & Cannulation sessions for contracted customers

✅ Supporting product trials and rollouts (including flexible sessions to support all shift patterns)

✅ Building strong relationships with education teams, IV specialists, and key stakeholders

✅ Staying up to date on vascular access best practice and competitor products

What We’re Looking For

Valid NMC PIN

At least 5 years’ clinical experience

Strong knowledge of IV cannulation, ANTT, and infection control

Excellent presentation and communication skills

A passion for education and supporting others

Bonus points if you have:

✨ Healthcare training experience or a training qualification

✨ IV Train-the-Trainer accreditation

✨ A varied clinical background
