Opportunity for a Patent Litigation Associate to join a market-leading IP practice in London.

The Opportunity

The firm’s London-based IP group is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Patent Litigation team, with a particular focus on the life sciences sector.

You will work alongside some of the UK’s most respected patent litigators, advising on high-profile, technically complex disputes and supporting clients operating at the forefront of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical technology.

The role will involve:

• Managing and supporting complex patent litigation before the High Court and other relevant tribunals
• Advising clients on strategic IP protection and enforcement matters
• Collaborating across international offices on cross-border disputes
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to thought leadership in the life sciences space

Requirements

• Qualified Patent Litigation Solicitor with 3 - 5 PQE
• Strong academic background including a STEM degree
• Proven experience in life sciences patent litigation at a comparable practice
