Our client is a global technology business transforming women’s health through AI-driven, privacy-first, and clinically informed digital solutions. This is an exciting role within a small but high-impact Legal & Compliance function, working on some of the most cutting-edge challenges in health technology.


You’ll join a growing team that partners closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions across global markets. This position will suit a proactive, commercially minded lawyer who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and enjoys shaping practical compliance frameworks for innovative products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance support for new product launches, AI-driven features, and global marketing campaigns.
  • Advice on a range of regulatory issues, including:
  • Medical and wellness device requirements (FDA, MDR)
  • Advertising and marketing rules (FTC, ASA, claim substantiation)
  • Platform and distribution standards (Apple/Google guidelines)
  • European regulatory frameworks, including the DSA, DMA, and geo-blocking rules.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to integrate compliance into product design and development.


About You

  • Qualified lawyer with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant post-qualification experience in compliance, regulatory, or commercial roles.
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or health tech environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consumer law, product regulation, and data protection.
