Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for driving organisational change, empowering leaders, and shaping a thriving workplace culture? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior People Partner to join our team and make a real impact.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you’ll collaborate closely with our People and business management teams to support and implement organisational design, development, and people strategies. You’ll provide pragmatic, transformational People support and advice to managers, delivering commercially focused solutions that align with our business objectives. You’ll also offer transactional ER support to the wider team.

This role carries decision-making impact at department and team level and includes line management responsibility for one direct report.

Key Accountabilities

  • Use data and analytics (e.g. Turnover, absence, engagement) to inform and implement People strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on HR issues, including employment legislation and policy
  • Champion organisational change and design initiatives with creativity and resourcefulness
  • Lead complex HR projects with clarity, confidence, and strategic foresight
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and promote best practice across the organisation
  • Influence strategic change by collaborating across business disciplines
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster trust and alignment
  • Drive wellbeing initiatives through workshops, campaigns, and culture-building activities
  • Identify training needs and support development programmes to enhance skills and career growth
  • Promote diversity and inclusion through policy, practice, and advocacy

Skills & Experience

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong understanding of People policies, employment legislation, and best practice
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions and TUPE legislation (desirable)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence at senior levels
