Corporate Tax Associate (1–6PQE) – Elite US Law Firm – Central London


Our client, a prestigious US law firm with a top-tier reputation in tax, is seeking a Corporate Tax Associate (1–6PQE) to join its highly regarded team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions and advisory mandates for leading corporates, investment funds, and financial institutions.

  • Capital markets offerings and financing transactions
  • Real estate acquisition, disposition, and structuring
  • Infrastructure investments and specialised investment vehicles

The Role


This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of mandates. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, collaborative team and work closely with senior lawyers on:


  • Providing strategic tax advice on corporate and indirect tax matters
  • Supporting clients on tax-efficient structuring for M&A, capital markets, and investment fund transactions
  • Advising on transfer pricing, corporate reorganisations, and tax planning
  • Collaborating with partners on private equity, real estate, and structured finance deals
  • Drafting and negotiating tax-related documentation and coordinating with international counsel
  • Engaging with a diverse client base including asset managers, fund sponsors, insurers, and institutional investors
  • Working closely with tax teams across Europe and the US, and partnering with other practice groups to provide integrated legal and tax advice


What They’re Looking For


  • 1–6PQE, qualified solicitor in England & Wales
  • Experience in a top-tier tax practice, ideally with cross-border exposure
  • Strong academic background and ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly
  • Commercial mindset and collaborative approach
