The Client

A leading UK law firm with a market leading Energy practice. The team are regularly ranked in Tiers 1 and 2 across numerous areas of Power, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure. The team advises clients on all aspects of the industry; upstream, downstream, LNG, platforms, pipelines, shipping, transportation, storage, supply chain management, decommissioning in addition to renewable and energy transition projects.

The role will have a focus on corporate matters in addition to ancillary financing advice.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong transactional experience gained from a leading international or UK national firm.
• From a seniority perspective, the ideal would be circa 4-6 PQE but they are open to considering strong candidates outside of that range.
• Experience negotiating and drafting oil, gas, LNG and LPG sale and purchase agreements
