Freelance Disrepair & Litigation Surveyor – Birmingham

12-month contract | 5 days per week | Up to £400 per survey

I am seeking an experienced surveyor to represent a Local Authority on behalf of one of our clients. Responsibilities include C2-3 housing disrepair inspections, preparing Part 35 compliant expert reports, and acting as an expert witness in court.

Requirements:

• Proven litigation & housing disrepair experience
• MRICS/FRICS preferred (or equivalent)
