Quantity Surveyor in Stockton-On-Tees

Job description

My client based in Teesside are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to grow their commercial team they offer expert engineering and construction services for high-risk, complex projects across offshore wind, power, renewables, and industrial sectors.

:

Work with project managers on monthly progress applications covering labour, materials, plant & escalation

Take-off construction drawings, tracking and managing variations throughout the project cycle

Monitor progress, highlight delays, and provide cause & effect analysis

Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical Engineering

5+ years’ QS experience in the E&I contracting industry

Strong knowledge of contracts
