Lead SRE - AWS/Azure

Location - London, Hybrid -3 Days per week onsite

Contract - Initially 3 Months, extension likely

Our hospitality client is urgently looking for a Lead SRE to support the function, setting technical direction in line with business objectives.

• Proven experience as a technical leader within SRE, DevOps, or large-scale engineering environments.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker), and modern observability stacks.
• Strong track record of driving developer productivity improvements through tooling, automation, and process refinement.
• Deep understanding of reliability engineering principles, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead by influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented contract environment.
