Job description

We’re partnered with a leading venture capital and private equity firm to appoint an experienced IT & AV Specialist to join their London team.


This is a hands-on, varied role responsible for supporting and maintaining a wide range of IT and AV systems across multiple international locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality technical support to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


The Role

You’ll take ownership of all AV and IT systems across a network of global offices and residences, ensuring seamless performance and support.


Key responsibilities include:

Managing and maintaining Sevant systems (essential).

Supporting and configuring Lutron Lighting.

Overseeing CCTV, intercom, and intruder alarm systems.

Providing break-fix support and day-to-day troubleshooting (approx. 80% of the role).

Administering Google Workspace and Zoom accounts.

Supporting Ubiquiti / Unify network infrastructure.

Delivering a responsive, high-quality service to senior stakeholders.


About You

You’re a technically capable, service-focused professional who thrives in a high-performance setting. You combine hands-on technical expertise with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.


Essential skills:

Proven hands-on experience with Savant (certification preferred).

Strong knowledge of Lutron Lighting systems.

Solid understanding of networking (Ubiquiti / Unify desirable).

Experience supporting AV and IT systems in either corporate or private environments.

Polished, professional, and confident dealing with senior leadership.


Package

£75,000 basic salary

10% annual bonus

10% pension contribution

Private healthcare (Vitality / Bupa)

Occasional international travel (fully expensed)
