What you will be doing:

• Leading and developing a team of electronics and FPGA engineers
• Driving the design and delivery of advanced hardware systems from concept to production
• Defining processes, tools and standards that enable innovation and efficiency
• Collaborating across Engineering, Product and Operations to achieve business goals
• Mentoring, coaching and recruiting the next generation of engineering talent

What do we need from you:

• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong technical foundation across digital, analogue and FPGA design
• A track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the manufacturing sector
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern design tools and methodologies
• A confident, inspiring leader with the ability to influence, motivate and drive results
