☀ Commercial Solar PV Installers Wanted ☀

Location: Can be based anywhere in England

Solar PV Mechanical Installers | £30,000 – £40,000

Lead Mechanical Installers | £40,000 – £50,000 | SMSTS or SSSTS required

We’re working with an award-winning renewables company that is expanding their team and looking for skilled Solar PV Installers and Lead Installers to deliver large-scale commercial projects from 100kW up to multi-MW systems across England.

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing and assembling commercial solar PV systems (100kW – MW+)
• Working with inverters and monitoring systems
• Ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across all installations
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on site
• Delivering professional and respectful service to clients

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of solar installation experience (roof and ground mount)
• Strong knowledge of electrical, roofing or carpentry skills
• A hard-working, reliable approach with strong attention to detail
• For Lead Installers: SMSTS or SSSTS certification is essential
